Domenica Developers is a leading real estate developer in Cyprus and is part of Domenica Group. The company was founded in 1961 as a building construction company and set up by the late George Hadjidemosthenous.
During its first years, the company was involved in both the public and the private sector, developing properties, villas, schools and road works while also executing projects for the Electricity Authority, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Interior.
After the Turkish invasion of 1974, and because it is a class "A" construction firm, the company was involved in the restoration of the island. It was appointed to develop projects for banks, municipalities, organisations and ministries. Its work in this regard includes cooperating with the Ministry of Defence, an opportunity that only a handful of companies in Cyprus have had.
