FOX Smart Estate Agency is a registered and licensed real estate agent in Cyprus. The company is one of the largest service-providing organisations in the property sector in Cyprus with seven branches and more than 70 staff.
They offer a number of real estate related services including agent services, property and common expenses management, advice on property investments and fund management services. They offers these services in Nicosia, Limassol, Famagusta, Paphos and Larnaca serving buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and everyone in between. They have experience dealing with both new and re sale property having helped a wide variety of clients handle many different types of property.
Fox started in 2007 when they set up their first estate agency offices in Nicosia and Limassol. Between the years 2009 and 2010 they opened several other offices in Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta, seeking to expand their reach across the island. They not only managed to expand ther presence in other cities but also managed to expand their operations in 2010 when they began providing property management and common expenses management services through Fox Smart Property management. They began offering valuation services in 2016 and in 2018 they formed a partnership with PPM Valuations LLC, one of the top valuers in Paphos. Since then the group has provided property valuations through Polyviou and Mouskides Valuations. Finally, in 2017 the group began offering fund management services, providing investment products in real estate through Moufon Real Estate Fun Ltd. They are now considered one of the top service providers in the property sector in Cyprus, something they are very proud of.

George Mouskides, General Manager, FOX Smart Estate Agency, is well-networked with local government and many prominent businesses and associations in Cyprus having served as a member of the Board of Directors of nine public companies listed on the Cyprus stock exchange. In the past George served as the general manager of CLR Investment Fund Ltd, as well as Assistant Vice President Analyst at Moody’s Investor Service Limassol. Prior to this, George also was a Partner at Symeonides & Mouskides responsible for auditing, taxation and business consultancy for onshore and offshore clients.
George Mouskides brings with him a wealth of business experience at a senior level and a strong financial background. A US-certified Public Accountant also qualified in Business Administration, his previous roles include real estate financing and investments as well as commercial and investment banking, risk analysis & auditing.
At FOX, in his role as General Manager, George is responsible for:
General management and overall strategic direction of the agency & its network of offices, including creation and implementation of business plans
Recruitment, training, support & development of associates for FOX offices
Marketing, Communication & Promotion of the FOX brand & company vision
Monitoring customer service standards & champion of service quality
With good communication skills, high energy and a passion for the real estate industry and its development, George provides his team of associates with strong leadership as well as the guidance and empowerment they need to succeed.
George is also a Director of Mouflon Investment Fund AIF V.C.I.C PLC in Cyprus, an investment fund licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), offering private and institutional investors the opportunity to undertake investments in the real estate sector. The Fund provides asset-backed investments through its sub-funds with various customized strategies and risk-return profiles.
