Country Rose is a property developer in Cyprus that focus on traditional villas. The company began its operations in 1992, with its first project in Platres, a popular holiday resort located in the Troodos Mountains. After the successful completion and sale of the Platres project in 1998, Country Rose began its work in Souni, a small village located in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. 

There are about 2000 permanent residents in Souni, most of them families that work usually in the West side of Limassol. Kids go either to the elementary school in Souni or alternatively there are schools in Erimi and Episkopi. The area’s natural beauty is something that they value greatly at Country Rose.

Country Rose Property Developers strives for excellence in everything they do, from overseeing the construction of high end properties to interacting with and establishing close relationships with all their clients. Under the directorship of Andreas Makedonas, the company is responsible for the development of more than 200 houses and villas over the years and they just keep going, working on a wide variety of projects.
