How to Create an Account?
Users need to create an account before they can post properties or send messages on scala.cy. Getting started is quick, easy, and free.
To register:
Click Login/Register at the top of scala.cy website.
Click the Register tab.
Enter your Account name, email, and the password you would like to use to sign in on scala.cy.
Click Register at the bottom of the form.
You'll receive a welcome message to the email address you entered in the form. To confirm your account, open the email and click Confirm Email.
You should now be able to login and post as many properties you want
No Welcome Email?
If you haven't received your confirmation email, check your email's SPAM folder. Then, make sure to add message@scala.cy to your email’s safe list.
How to Post a property?
Before posting your property, make sure you have signed in to your scala.cy account by clicking Login/Register and entering your email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register an account in a few minutes before posting.
Select if you want to post a free ad or a paid ad.
Fill in all your property details
Add photos to your ad by clicking Upload Photo and selecting the files from your computer.
Choose your contact method. It defaults to the email linked to your account, but if you also want people to call you dont forget to add your phone number
Double check your ad details. When you’re ready, click Post my property.
How to edit a property ad?
Editing an ad follows the almost exactly the same steps as posting a property. To edit:
Make sure you’re logged into your account, then click on My Account button. at the top of the page.
Select My properties button.
Find the property you want to edit in the list of your active properties.
Click Edit button next to that property.
Find the section you want to change and add/remove information as needed.
If editing photos, click the X button in the top corner of an image to delete it. If you want to add any more photos click Upload image. If you want to rearrange the photos, you will need to delete and re-add the photos in the order you want them to appear.
When you’re ready to post the changes, click Publish my property.
How to Delete a property ad?
Make sure you’re logged into your account, then click on My Account button. at the top of the page.
Select My properties button.
Find the property you want to delete in the list of your active properties.
Click Delete button next to that property.
Once deleted, you can't make the property to show again in your list.
How long are my properties Active?
The lifespan of an active property depends on the type of your advert. All your properties published for free will be active for 60 days. Paid ads will be active for shorter period of time. After your property ads expires, they will not be live anymore on our website, but you can still see them on your Expired list.
