With a brilliant history, Quality Group has established itself among the pioneers in the land development and investment industry, with a portfolio of more than 7,000 properties to date.Through strategic cooperation with associates and partners around the globe, as well as internal restructuring, the Group's operations have advanced into other strategic business sectors including property development, hospitality, education and health care. This diversity of full-blown investment solutions enables the company to transform into a “one stop shop” and satisfy every need that our clients may have.
Following the significant downturn of the Cypriot economy in 2011, along with the realisation of the difficult time in the lead up to recovery, we have reassessed our position to ensure long-term economic viability. We have expanded our international markets network and relationships by entering the Chinese market in 2012, followed by the South African and UAE markets in 2013. In 2014 Quality Group established an office in Beijing, followed by the launch of a corporate office in Dalian city back in 2015. In the same year, offices in Toronto, London and Johannesburg were also opened.
The plurality of Quality Group products and services, as well as the ability to design, implement and manage high-quality projects, are based on the fundamental pillars of land development and construction, hospitality and tourism, education and medical care. Evident is the fact that these pillars are fully developed and established through international agreements in the hospitality industry and important affiliations such us the UCLan Cyprus University.
Along with our strong management team, I believe we can further increase the size and efficiency of the company. The momentum of the Group has allowed us to introduce to the city of Larnaca the hotel giant Radisson Hotel Group with three projects, including the Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca and the Radisson Beach Resort. The proven recipe with the Radisson Hotel Group is bearing fruit, with more projects and partnerships between the two groups, such as the Radisson Blu Serviced Apartments Larnaca. When there are appropriate growth conditions, we must always be ready to utilize them. This is why the Group has entered into agreements with two other hotel giants, Best Western with two Executive Residency projects and the first Premier collection brand in Cyprus, as well as the InterContinental Hotels Group with the Hotel Indigo® Cyprus Larnaca, which we expect to be operational towards the end of 2019.

The company currently has 2,000 available properties for sale in Cyprus and 30 ongoing projects.

Quality Property Developments most important project is QN Kition, the tallest building in Larnaca, starting with 2022. Developed by a strategic alliance between Quality Group and Newman Holdings, QN Kition’s architectural design is derived from the Mediterranean Sea, the origin of life and culture on the Island.
Kition, located in Larnaca town centre at the juncture of Gregori Afxentiou and Athinon Avenues - the actual site of the old and demolished Kition Hotel - is a residential investment comprising of 23 floors. The steel structure will stand 92 metres high in the backdrop of the famous Finikoudes strip.
