Kyriakos is a Chartered Accountant by profession with years of experience in the accountancy and consultancy sector. He worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later worked in the property industry as CEO for one of the Island's major property developers. He is in the Real Estate business for more than 8 years and has personally invested in properties in Cyprus and Greece.
He is the sole owner of "THE PURPLE GROUP» and shareholder in the MYEXCLUSIVEVILLAS management and Rental Company that manages more than 100 properties in Cyprus.
MyExclusiveVillas, our sister company, manages over 100 properties for holiday rentals. We can offer clients advice on renting out their property for holiday lets, including full management, cleaning and maintenance services.
