He is very well known and respected in the Cyprus business community and he is an expert in the Cyprus real estate market, with several successful investments in his career since 1968.

Mr. Panicos Nicolaou has entered the real estate market in 2005 as a consultant for property purchases and projects development, especially for investors who are interested in income producing assets in Cyprus. Mr Nicolaou helps investors assess various investment opportunities and submit investment proposals to both investors and financial institutions. He holds a degree in Accounting & Finance, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) form UK universities. He is licensed by the Cyprus ministry of interior affairs to operate as a regulated real estate agent, with license number 365.
